F.G. Galassi, Inc. was founded by John Petromilli in 1996 and incorporated in 1997. John was making and selling art since 1989, thus he had a close affiliation with the Galassi brothers of F.G. Galassi, srl in Italy. His focus switched to photo frames in 1996 in which he used fine Italian mouldings made by the Galassi brothers. Today F.G. Galassi still continues to bring quality Italian mouldings into the United States to create beautiful photo frames, alarm clocks, ornaments, as well as other gift
items. F.G. Galassi's finished product is entirely handcrafted in our New York factory, including our easel backs and our signature product packaging.
We have expanded our mouldings to include Italian designed resin mouldings which are used exclusively for our Marcelli line, which was named after a quaint town in Italy right on the Adriatic Sea. The quality of this line is equal to the Galassi Italian products and offers an extensive variety of widths and profiles to fit into any environment.
